<div>In 2026 zetten elf gedreven studenten van het excellentieprogramma Technologische Innovatie van Yonder zich gezamenlijk in om maatschappelijke impact te realiseren. Studenten uit verschillende opleidingen bundelen hun kennis, creativiteit en technologische expertise met één gezamenlijk doel: het duurzaam versterken van kansen in een kansarm gebied in Gambia.

<div>Waar de focus eerder primair lag op onderwijs, richt het programma zich dit jaar breder. De studenten ontwikkelen en realiseren technologische oplossingen voor het onderwijs, de zorg én de lokale community. Daarmee dragen zij bij aan betere leeromgevingen, ondersteuning van zorginitiatieven en het versterken van de zelfredzaamheid binnen de gemeenschap.

<div>Om deze ambitie mogelijk te maken, organiseren de studenten een inzamelings- en sponsoractie. De opbrengsten worden ingezet voor concrete technologische projecten, zoals digitale leermiddelen, ondersteunende tools voor zorgprofessionals en innovatieve toepassingen die de community als geheel ten goede komen.
