Hello my name is Olga Echeverry I have a little call Evangelly Cristina was born on September 14, 2015, initially born only with the diagnosis of imperforate anus and vagina. She was intervened two days after birth to perform a colostomy, from there she was taken to the best specialist to evidence the magnitude of her anomaly using Lumbo Sac Magnetic Resonance and a Uro-resonance that determined an Ano-rectal malformation by having her vagina, urethra and rectum; In addition to this, I present right renal agenesis and the presence of more vertebrae in his spine. He was made a second intervention to introduce a camera through the small hole where he urinated to study and know where to intervene again. We spent 6 months in the Hospital Domingo Luciani waiting for the sanitary conditions, the specialist staff and the necessary surgical material to rebuild my baby for 12 hours. One day they simply told me that we should go wait at home to be called when by the surgeons because there was no way to do it at the time. I made the decision to look for Dr. Brenda Hutton at the San Juan de Dios Hospital who gave me high hopes of being able to rebuild her in only 6 hours on her own. So it was to seek financial help, family and friends to complete only 11 million and achieve it. Now my girl needs to close the colostomy but the budget ranges in the almost 200 million bolivars figure unattainable here through requests for help since November in state institutions and several companies because they do not have items to grant them. That is why I ask please help me my baby has 28 months going through so many studies, hospitalization and care to avoid infections. Without having to be able to get medicines, diapers or bags of colostomies, placing adult diapers on her tummy to keep her constantly tidy. I pray to God and to all people with a good heart to support us in being able to give my baby a life opportunity to grow and develop as a normal child. Her condition is stable but with many complications after surgery including a intestinal obstruction, and infection in her incision with fever. Right now doctors recommend a second intervention by her surgeon. That’s going to increase her medical care bills so we had to ask for financial help from anyone that wants to help her to continue receiving medical care.
I am with her in the hospital all the time, I am asking God for the condition of my daughter and asking friends and family to help us in any way.

Hola me llamo Olga Echeverry tengo una pequeña llamada Evangelly Cristina nació el 14 de Septiembre de 2015, inicialmente nace solo con el diagnostico de ano y vagina imperforados. Fue intervenida a los dos días de nacida para realizarle una colostomía, desde allí fue llevada a los mejores especialista para evidencia la magnitud de su anomalía mediante una Resonancia Magnética Lumbo Sacra y una Uro-resonancia  que determinaron una malformación Ano-rectal por tener unida su vagina, la uretra y su recto; aunado a esto presento Agenesia renal derecha y presencia de media vertebra de mas en su columna. Se le realizo una segunda intervención para poder introducirle una cámara por el pequeño orificio por donde orinaba para estudiarla y saber por donde poder intervenir  nuevamente. Estuvimos 6 meses en el Hospital Domingo Luciani esperando las condiciones sanitarias, el personal especialista y el material quirúrgico necesario para reconstruir a mi bebe durante 12 horas. Un día simplemente me indicaron que debíamos irnos a esperar en casa a ser llamada cuando por los cirujanos porque no había forma de hacerla en el momento. Tome la decisión de buscar a la Dra. Brenda Hutton en el Hospital San Juan de Dios quien  me dio muchas esperanzas de poderla reconstruir en solo 6 horas ella sola. Así fue busque ayuda económica, familiares y amigos para completar tan solo 11 millones y lo logre. Ahora mi nena necesita cerrarle la colostomía pero el presupuesto oscila en los casi 200 millones de bolívares cifra inalcanzable aquí mediante solicitudes de ayuda desde el mes de Noviembre en las instituciones del estado y varias empresas ya que según no cuentan con partidas para otórgarlas. Es por esto que pido por favor me ayuden mi bebita tiene 28 meses pasando por tantos estudios, hospitalización y cuidados para evitar infecciones. Sin contar con poder conseguir medicamentos, pañales ni bolsas de colostomías,  colocándole pañales de adultos en su barriguita para mantenerla constantemente aseada. Le ruego a Dios y a toda persona de buen corazón nos apoyen en poder brindarle una oportunidad de vida a mí bebe para crezca y pueda desarrollarse como una niña normal. Les agradezco infinitamente todo lo bueno que puedan hacer en su nombre.

Su condición es estable pero con muchas complicaciones después de la cirugía, ahora presenta una obstrucción intestinal e infección en la incisión con fiebre. En este momento, los médicos recomiendan una segunda intervención del cirujano. Eso va a aumentar sus facturas de atención médica, así que tuvimos que pedir ayuda financiera a cualquier persona que quiera ayudarla a continuar recibiendo atención médica.
Yo estoy con ella en el hospital todo el tiempo, estoy pidiéndole a Dios por la condición de Mi hija y pidiéndole a amigos y familiares nos ayuden de cualquier forma.
