A little bit about our education center: Eagles’ Nest Early Learning Center is a not-for-profit early childhood learning center located in the mountains of Black Hawk, Colorado. Eagles Nest is the only childcare facility in the area. We serve the counties of Gilpin, Boulder, Jefferson, and Clear Creek and the only licensed infant and toddler care provider within a 20-mile radius. We pride ourselves on our continual accomplishments of quality care with excellent teacher credentials in the field of Early Childhood Education. Our mission is to provide high-quality, safe, and affordable childcare to children from families of all income levels, without regard to race, mental or physical handicap, sexual orientation, or religious preference. We strive to serve all families regardless of economic and societal background. Our program is based on the philosophy that children should be nurtured through consistency and security; teachers and parents should work together to meet the needs of children, and the center’s learning environment should be happy and positive.
