My sister/friend name is LaSharne Walker; her 14-year-old son was murdered after a double shooting in Capitol Heights early Sunday morning on October 30, 2016. Around 2:45 a.m., police responded to the 6800 block of Walker Mill Road for a shooting. There they discovered six victims in a parking lot. Sharne son Todd James Webb Jr., 14, was pronounced dead on the scene. Todd was a student at Suitland High School who received very good grades and was trying his best to stay out of trouble. He loved football and loved playing/ being active in the community with all the kids. Growing up, Todd had always talked about becoming a police officer. He loved helping his family members and friends in his community. My daughter Monni and Todd Jr. had gotten so close over a very short period of time. Todd would come take out my trash and get him a water. He would get my chicken when I cooked it. He was a child that you had to love. He is really gonna be missed in his community. Creating this page is my way of helping my friend/sister raise money for the homegoing services for her son, Todd Webb Jr.
