Toby's Medical Fund

Toby was trying to surprise his wife by finishing  a remodeling project at home while she was at work. He had an accident with a table saw, which severely injured his hand. He lost his thumb, his pinky, part of his palm, and the remaining fingers were partially severed. He was rushed to the local hospital were they searched for a facility with the resources to reconstruct his hand with the parts that were cut off, but there were none locally available to do this surgery. At that point, they airlifted him to a hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. The surgeon tried to reattach his fingers, but it was unsuccessful because of the length of time between the accident and finding a place to do this procedure. Three days later, they had to undo to surgery and sent him home. Since then he has been returning to Jackson, Mississippi for wound care and skin grafting.

As you can imagine, this has been a large financial burden. Medical bills have been piling up, along with the cost of travel to and from the hospital.  Toby had lost his job only two weeks prior to the accident, and his wife Dana has had to take time off from work to help care for him. Your support would mean the world to them and help to ease the weight this tragedy has had on this family.  This has been a very difficult time for Toby, his wife, and their two children, Megan and Austin.
