Please help me get my kiddos back

I am the mother to both these two children. They wanted to come with me the day I was thrown out In front of them. Their dad stole my ID and Social from me as well. Served me with papers stating that I’m a bad mother that I abandoned them and partied. But thoses things isn’t true. I have plenty of pictures and videos to prove I was working, taking care of them and how I wouldn’t get sleep maybe only 15 mins a day until I had a day off from working. I made sacrifices for my babies and I will still continue to do soo. They have a baby brother already and they need to be together. He didn’t tell me any court date when he sued me and he expected be to get a lawyer but I was kicked out and had no money. He hurt the kids and is putting them in danger when he doesn’t have any car seats for them. He has help his mom pays for everything for him and my kids. He won’t let me talk to them or see them. I really only need the money to get a lawyer so I can have them back in my life. Please help me. My kids need their mother. I need my babies back. They make me happy. They are always happy with me. They cried wanting me to take them with when he kicked me out. But I couldn’t do anything about it and now that I have a chance an opportunity I feel like I’m yet going to lose again. Please help me.
