To Update and Improve Willow Playground

Our youngest pupils at Lacock Primary school spend as much time learning outside as they do inside. Our current outdoor classroom is tired and dated and in need of urgent improvement because we want the very best for the children of our school.

Willow Class are aiming to walk 10K over the next month in the beautiful countryside surrounding our picturesque village. That’s 1K for each week that we lost time with each other during the last lockdown. 10K is not an easy task for 4,5 and 6 year olds with very little legs, but the children are very determined that they can achieve this and are desperate to make their outdoor classroom a better environment to learn in.

Our class motto is ‘If you try, try, try. You can, can, CAN!’ and with the determination and resilience that I know they have oodles of, I am confident that they will achieve this.
