To the Recue! Helping Jason to smile

My name is Jason Belyew and I am 40 years old. I was born with cerebral palsy. I have had many obstacles that I have had too work hard too overcome. One hardship that I have had to endure my whole life is having bad teeth. As a little kid my teeth were all capped and would still fall out. By the time I became an adult, I was fitted for dentures and the dentures failed due to my cerebral palsy and the way my muscles are controlled. 
 I found a dentist located in Jackson, Tn that took on the challenge of surgically implanting two studs that are proven to work with my cerebral palsy. TARP funded that amount back in the winter. Since my gums have healed from the implants, I am now ready for the actual plate. I would appreciate any amount that you can give. I want to feel good about myself and look good for my wife and kids.
