To raise money for back surgery

Kevin has been waiting 6.5 years for back Surgery. Kevin requires disk replacement and fusion. In Ireland there is huge waiting list on the public sector. We want to raise money to get the surgery under the Cross Border Directive but don't have to money to pay for the treatment up front. We have appealed to the HSE, the Health Misinister, Kevin's surgery and the hospital that is currently treating him but none are able/ willing to help. Kevin is currently house bound and has no quality of life.
