Get my license & life back after a tragic accident

Hello my name is Robert Parker, I am 38 years old, living in Califorina. I was born in Englewood Colorado. I am raising money to get my licence back. It has gotten to the point of greatly affecting my life. So i am taking this opportunity to try and make this step holding me back in life happen. Let me explain why I'm starting this fundraiser.
I was living in Colorado when my licence got suspended, Unfortunately I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and got shot 3 times, in the groin area causing me to loose one of my testicles, which took away my ability to have children, lost 8 out of 10 units of blood, and had 2 heart attacks. Paramedics used a defibrillator twice to bring me back to life, it worked twice, my heart stopped for the 3rd time, and they couldn't use the defibrillator again, so they had to declare me dead. I was considered D.O.A.(dead on arivial). The Bizzare thing about that is, I died at the same hospital I was born in.. Crazy right? The cops showed up at my mom's house, to give her the the most horrible news that a mother NEVER wants to hear "your son is in the hospital, and we're not sure if hes going to come back. Im sorry for your loss."
Miraculously 20 minutes later I somehow woke up on my own, my mom was extreamely happy. Doctors were all shocked!, as they never witnessed anything like this before. I was unable to move, paralyzed from the neck down, unable to talk, lost almost all of my memory. I was a comatose vegetable to say the least.
As time goes by, i finally came to out of my comatose state, still very much paralyzed. Doctors were shocked and in disbelief, once again, my family as well. The next couple days go by, and i can all of the sudden barley start to move my pointer finger, soon after that my arm, and so on.
Now after going through therapy in the hospital, which included water therapy, leg excersise, writing, eating, short walks down the hallway with my mom everyday. I was mentally and physically preparing myself for the biggest test ever, walking up the first flight of stairs! Four months later, I FINALLY make it all the way up the stairs!! It felt like an eternity to me.
Now I can walk, talk, read , write, basically do everything the doctors said i would "never be able to do". They were baffled when i finally walked out of the hospital on my own. As I was leaving my doctor said "Robert, your a walking miracle. We don't know how your alive, if that would have happened to 99.9% of other people, they would have died, or been compleatly brain dead." And are still mind blown till this day.
The only thing still affecting me is my memory, but it's starting to come back slowley over time. Now that I'm healed 90% of the way, I've been able to take the steps to fix my licence. I went to court and my case got closed, and now I am able to get my licence back.
The money that you are contributing will go to paying off my fine of $500.00 plus court fees, reinstatement fee for my licence, and lastly registration and insurance for a car. I will be happy to share with anyone who asks/wants a copy of any receipts.
The faster I can fix my drivers licence, the faster it will open job opportunities to keep me and my fiance afloat.
