To pay my back treatment

Two years ago I had back surgery, because of  2 disk problem. After the surgery, my operation opened inside making a small explosion. This problem made that the liquid in the spinal cord named Cerebrospinal fluid came out and go to my head. The pain was terrible and I was almost dying. This problem caused meningitis, I needed to have another emergency surgery 5 days after. After a long recovery, I could have a normal life. However, 3 weeks ago, I started to have strong back pain again. One of my disks has moved again and it is pressing my nerves. I needed to quit my job as a cleaner because of the pain, and now I need to be resting most of the day, I can not be too much time sitting nor walking, I feel my left side numbed. Right now, I am studying in Ireland and I don't have european passport make it everything harder because I can not access from any health benefit from the government .  My country is El Salvador in Central America. I have student insurance however it does not cover this problem because it started before coming to Ireland.  Health care in Ireland is very expensive and just an appointment with the doctor costs 250 euros. I am looking for some lovely people who can support me in this difficult moment.
