Harrogate - Huntingdon 150 mile cycle

Tax deductible
Hi everyone.

Huntington’s disease is an incurable progressive genetic disorder, affecting men and women from ages as young as 20. This disease varies greatly between individuals however generally affects three main areas:

1) Movement (movements may happen that you don’t expect, while doing what you do want to do becomes more difficult)

2) Cognitive (difficulties with planning and thinking)

3) Behaviour (changes in behaviour and personality)

The symptoms of Huntington’s disease can massively impact a person’s life, and over time more care and support is required.  The Huntingtons disease association is a non-profit organisation who improve care and support services for people with Huntington's disease, educate families and professionals, and champion people's rights.  As a group, we have come up with a fundraising initiative to cycle the equivalent distance from our place of work at Covance Harrogate to Covance Huntingdon in Cambridge. A 150 mile cycle to Huntingdon for Huntington’s on the 7th January 2020.

Please give whatever you can for this great cause, any donation however big or small is hugely appreciated. You will be making a huge difference to a person’s life.

Thank you in advance.
