hi im Joangelis 10 year old I was recently diagnosed 9 month ago with type 1 diabetes, which requires me to take medication four times a day. I also need to take shot every day, sometimes multiple shots each week. I often feel scared because my Dexcom doesn’t always show the right number, so I get anxious at night when the alarm goes off in the middle of the night. This really frightens me. I really want a service dog to sleep with me and alert me when my glucose is high or low, so I don’t have to be scared

Due to exhaustion, I have missed a few low blood sugars which can be a matter of life and death. Blood sugar that is too high, leaves me feeling awful, irritable, unable to participate in activities I loves, On the other hand, low blood sugar is more immediately threatening and if left untreated, can lead to seizures, unconsciousness and worse. I uses a continuous glucose monitor, as one of the essential tools to manage my Diabetes. Hi guys now I have a dog but I need to Train it And give getting it a license to be a service dog it Is a lot of money So I still need to go fund me.
