To help Johanna In her fight

Hi everyone.




My dear friend Johanna Williams has been dealt a horrific life sentence.

Jo has suffered with stomach pains throughout the whole of lock down.

After a hospital stay that determined appendicitis Jo was put onto lots of pain relief and antibiotics (due to COVID none essential surgery was taking place)




Fast forward to three weeks ago when the pain became too much for Jo and she was taken back into hospital.

This time the doctors wanted to get a good look at her appendix so did a CT scan.

This was when they found Jo had infact got 2 tumours on her liver.

Tests were done and Quickly after that it she was told it was cancer and had spread to her kidney and spleen.

Lots of different test, bloods, scans happened and then last Friday at an appointment to discuss the findings of some of the results and a plan for treatment, Jo was given the devastating news that there is nothing they can do.

They will give her chemo to help lengthen her life but the cancer Jo has is 1 in 1000000 and is very aggressive.

It has already spread to her lung in this short time.

Myself and Jo have been Friends  since we were little girls.

First meeting in the back of the argyle arms play room whilst Our parents had a few drinks

32 years ago.

As children we became inseparable along with our other old friend Fran.




Fast forward many years and myself and my family moved next door to Jo and her family. Lock down has given us many, many over the fence parties (well we actually took the fence panels down) communal dinners and cards night.

We again have become the closest of friends.

Jo has 3 children.

br />Lewis who is 17

Lillian who is 15 and Gabriel who is 8.




She is the life and soul.

Has a true heart of gold and I want to make her last leg of life the best it can be.




So I’ve set this page up to raise as much money as possible to give Jo and her children the best of the best until the heartbreaking time comes.




To also make sure Jo’s children are financially supported and to hopefully raise enough that Jo can plan her funeral the way she wants.




Jo really wants to take the children to Disneyland Paris.




She’s wants to fill the last leg of her life making memories that’s her children will never forget and will hold dear all their lives.
