To Help Get Legal Aid To Recover Unpaid invoces

Hey I am Sebastian Fear

Director of a small Telecommunications installation company

In September 2022 I took on a job with 5 others who were working for me to do a wifi upgrade to Worchester Hospital on a 30-day invoice so far I have been paid for September and October and have 3 outstanding invoices for November /December/January the payment dates overdue are the 7th January /Feb/March

I have sold everything I own to try to pay off the money I owe out to the lads who were working for me and could do with some help to get legal aid to help take on The Datek Group LTD who I have been more than fair with but this is making my mental health suffer to the point I don't know where to turn

Any funds I make from this will be used to get legal help to try to get our owed invoices paid to us and damages these past 3 months have been extremely hard with no income all my direct debts have bounced I've had to get rid of my car and am currently sofa surfing and currently can't afford to work

Getting this legal aid will really mean a lot to me and the engineers I work with who all have families to provide for.
