Memorial Bench for Michael on The Seafront

Mick Bolton, a keyboardist who played with Mott the Hoople and Dexys Midnight Runners, among others, died overnight, on January 1, 2021, in his sleep. The news was reported on various social media sites on New Year's Day, including a post by his former Mott bandmate, Morgan Fisher. Mick was 72. 

I met Mick, through Morgan, whom I have known forever! In 2009, Morgan structured his "MTK" (Meet The Keyboards), himself Stephen Morgan Fisher, Michael Bolton, and Derek John "Blue" Weaver. 
I was fortunate to meet Mick on several joyous occasions. He really was a talented and humble gentleman. Who absolutely adored his dog Bobby, and constantly cared for his wife Carol. 

It was Carol's desire today of getting a memorial bench on Hastings seafront that prompted me to suggest "Go Fund Me"
