<div><strong><em>The Memory of a Chachacha</em></strong> tells the story of Nora, a single mother, and her teenage daughter, Camila. Their close relationship is tested when Camila discovers that Nora abandoned her youthful dream of becoming a dancer to raise her. Struggling with guilt, Camila encourages her mother to return to dancing, pushing Nora to confront fears and regrets she thought she had forgotten. Together, they embark on a journey exploring the power of the mother-daughter bond, the balance between love and sacrifice, and the second chances.

<div><strong>What was my inspiration? </strong>
</div>
<div>Have you ever felt your parents sacrifised something they wanted, so you can have a better life? Well, this film is inspired by all the stories I have seen and heard from the awsome mothers I have met on my life. For me, mothers are the most strengh, caring, and loving beings whose incredible job is usually unseen. That's why <strong><em>The Memory of a Chachacha</em></strong> borns as a tribute of ther sacrifise and the journy mothers live for the people they love.

Lidiando con la culpa, Camila anima a su madre a volver a bailar, impulsando a Nora a enfrentar miedos y arrepentimientos que creía haber olvidado. Juntas, emprenden un viaje que explora el poder del vínculo madre e hija, el equilibrio entre el amor y el sacrificio, y las segundas oportunidades.

<div>¿Alguna vez has sentido que tus padres sacrificaron algo que querían para que tú pudieras tener una vida mejor? Bueno, este cortometraje está inspirado en todas las historias que he visto y escuchado de las madres maravillosas que he conocido en mi vida. Para mí, las mamás son los seres más fuertes, cariñosos y amorosos, cuya increíble labor suele pasar desapercibida. Por eso, The Memory of a Chachacha nace como un homenaje a su sacrificio y al viaje que viven las mamás  por sus seres queridos.
