To accompany my son on his bucket list against Duchenne

Hi my name is Tom

I'm fundraising so I can accompany my 19year son on his bucket list against Duchenne muscular dystrophy,

A page was set up for my sons bucket list on justgiving, he is currently going through early stages of heart failure and we've been raising funds but I'm his full time carer including hoisting and full overnight care including rolling him and repositioning him up to 10 times per night

I'm hoping with your help I can help fund my own way with my son to share his memories and dreams and continue the daily care he requires thanks for reading
