Life Saving Surgery for my Dog

Unfortunately,  my 5 year old Pitbull named Blue needed an unexpected bowel obstruction surgery, Gastrotomy, according to the vet he would have passed away within 24-48 hours if we hadn’t gotten him the proper care. The money spent was being saved to purchase a home next year for me, 23 year old and my 12 year old cousin that I’m currently taking care of. I’m a full time student training to become a X-ray technologist and will be graduating in May.  I would appreciate any help to get me back to where I originally was and on track for the new year.
