Maddie's Cancer Treatment

As some of you may know, my little sister was diagnosed with Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, a rare form of cancer found in her mouth. She has already undergone several treatments and has decided to receive further treatment in Houston at the MD Anderson Cancer Site. Here she will have an invasive surgery removing the portion of her jaw and 6-8 weeks of radiation. This will include lots of flights between my family to and from St. Louis and an apartment in Houston for family to stay at during her treatment. This doesn't include the obundense of medical bills that come with Cancer, specifically a rare form of cancer at a destination teaching hospital.

With all of this, I would love to help my sweet sister and our parents in this coming year as it will be a very rough one for all of us. Any help you can all give is more than appreciated and I know my sister and parents will be forever grateful.

Of course, the #1 thing we can all do is squeeze the ones we love, be grateful for this life we're given and tell Madison how proud we are and how brave we think she is everyday! Thank you all for the good vibes, thoughts and prayers sent. ❤️
