TNR Rescue Car Repair for Jade

My friend and angel animal rescuer,  Jade's vehicle was parked and hit by a hit and run driver. She needs this car to go around the city trapping, spay/neuter and sometimes adopt discarded kitties. Read her story below. I'd like to help her out repairing her car so she can get back out there saving lives!!! We believe she's getting an estimate today, but we all know how much auto body repair can be, especially if it's extensive.
"If you live in Jersey City please keep a look out for a "black ford" first 3 digits of plate are T41 it will have front driver side damage, Witnesses said This car was going to fast on North St (Heights) and smashed into my parked car, causing extensive damage, he then reversed away and didn't stop. As most of you know I need my car to do my TNR/rescue work and to get around to feed my colonies. I only have liability coverage so its going to be a while before I can get it fixed. Unless I can find this driver. Police said the can't do anything with just a partial plate #"
