It is with the heaviest of hearts that we are asking for donation/blessings for our little baby Sam, as he has gone to be with the Lord. Baby Sam arrived into this world on June 18, 2015 and went home to our Heavenly Father on December 17, 2017. He is a special soul, his little life will be a memory of nothing but love, innocence, and purity. For God had a special purpose for Baby Sam! Please continue to pray for Lauren, Phil, Blake, Jack and Nancy! Any donations would be gratefully appreciated as Baby Sammy’s father (Phil) is the family’s sole provider while Sammy’s mother (Lauren) is a stay at home mommy, and Sammy has two brothers, Blake 8 yrs old and Jack 3 1/2 yrs old!
