Zachary Alexander Ho Lung was a friend to us all. He was a young man who touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He loved the Florida State University College of Music, he loved his Marching Chiefs, he loved his fraternity Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, but most of all he loved all those around him. Novels could be written of the friendship and passion that he shared with all of us.
In a very short time, our friend's health a negative turn. After several days of hospitalization, Zachary passed away on the night of Wednesday, October 7, 2015, leaving his friends and family heartbroken, and at a loss for words. Rest assured that our dear friend never spent a moment alone during his hospitalization: he was visited by many of his close friends and family, and has been in all of our hearts.
The grief that we feel as a community in the face of this loss is such a testament to the way that Zack lived his life, and the way that he impacted all of the people around him. It is now time for us to make this impact that Zack had on us count for his family that he held so dearly.
The purpose of this campaign is to help Zack's family in this time of need. While we cannot lift all the emotional burden of this loss from this family, we do have the power to help carry the burden financially. Our goal is to help this family move past such a difficult time by offering as much financial support as possible, and is why we ask you to consider making a donation to this fund. All donations will be sent directly to the Ho Lung family to help to cover most, if not all, of the financial costs associated with this tragedy. Any contribution that can be made would be greatly appreciated by the family that our dear friend Zachary cherished so much.
We also ask that you share with us your some of your fond memories of Zack. We would love to reminisce with you in the abundance of good times that he has blessed us with.
