On December 17, 2017 Martell Jackson passed away from heart failure. He was an inspiring athlete from the time he entered high school until he fell in 2013 and underwent a heart transplant in 2015. After his heart transplant Martell didn't give up hope and started to coach younger kids to do what he loved. On Thanksgiving day Martell wasn't feeling well and was taken to University Hospital to find out that his heart wasn't registering to his body which caused all of his bodily organs to fail. For 3 weeks Martell put up a good fight until he could take no more. Our family are asking that you help us give him the proper Homegoing he deserves!!!
