I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for support for my friend Kati’s beloved dog, Sierra.

Sierra isn’t just a pet — she’s Kati’s soul dog, her best friend, and her whole world . Their bond was instant and special , and Kati believes fate brought them together. After surviving a painful past and being rehomed multiple times, Sierra finally found safety, love, and a forever home with Kati.

Now Sierra is facing serious, possibly life-threatening injuries .

She is currently experiencing:

    •    Vomiting blood

    •    Severe fatigue and exhaustion

    •    Diarrhea

    •    Nausea

    •    Nosebleeds and thick mucus from her nose

    •    Dehydration from fluid loss

    •    Low oxygen levels

    •    Possible stomach ulcer, tear, or obstruction — likely requiring surgery

Sierra is usually full of energy, goofy, chatty in her signature husky sass, So smart sometimes for her own good and always ready to sing or hold a “conversation.” To see her like this is breaking Kati, Kati really doesn’t want to lose her.

Kati is doing everything she can, but the emergency vet bills and treatments are mounting. She’s hoping to raise $10,000 to help cover Sierra’s diagnostics, care, and surgery.
