This is my beautiful miracle niece Abigail. My brother & sister-in-law have been married for 16 years. After, 2 losses and years of waiting they had a beautiful baby girl in Feburary 2014. They were BLESSED again, my sister in-law got pregnant right away. Another girl!!!
Life changes fast, and this is how it all happened. My sister-in-law began having headaches and became pre-eclamptic. The doctors had no choice but to deliver Abigail. She was born premature at 28 weeks on Dec 1 ,2014 2lbs 3oz 14 in long! She is so precious- she was pink and even cried at delivery.
Today is Dec 18, Abigail took a turn on Dec 16. Abigail is now in very critical condition and has been transferred to a higher level NICU. She had to recieve blood last night.
My brother is unable to work now- my sister-in-law has had a serious c-section infection and just discharged from the hospital yesterday. Abigail is 1 1/2 hours away from their home and they are driving everyday to see her.
I ask that you all come together on behalf of my brother, sister-in-law, baby Alyson and her tiny sister Abigail and help them through this time.
We know it is going to be a long road, it has been the longest 18 days of ours lives so far.
We thank each and everyone of you and love you.
Please share this as I hope we can reach the goal set to keep my brother's family in his home, for him and wife to be able to visit Abigail everyday and too have their needs met during this time.
