Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year, especially at Ty Hafan! The harsh reality for many of the children they support is that this could be their last. Ty Hafan pull out all the stops to ensure that every child has a Christmas to remember.

Although Ty Hafan appreciate everyone's generosity throughout the year, unfortunately a lot of the gifts they receive aren't suitable for the children they support because many need specialist toys and equipment.

They are unable to play with toys that you find in the shops and can't make use of things like chocolate selection boxes.

Ty Hafan understand that their supporters want to make sure that all of the Children and families they work with are able to enjoy Christmas together, and it's a huge priority for them too. After all, when a Childs life is short, it's so important to make every moment count and that's why Ty Hafan put on events throughout December that allow children and families to celebrate like anyone else.

These experiences are invaluable for families who know that this Christmas could be their last together.

Tiny Treasures Triple Day Fundraiser aims to raise as much funds as possible to boost Ty Hafan's 2024 Christmas Appeal.

Monday 16th December will mark the beginning of our three day fundraiser starting with the......Santa Dash!

80K for Christmas, that's right, 80K in one day!!! Employees will pound the pavements to achieve a total of 80K, we know it's going to be tough but the team are dusting off their Santa hats and beards alongside their go fast trainers ready to Smash that 80K goal!

This is where you can really help!

We know that this time of year is financially tight for everyone, but every little helps and we mean that from the bottom of our hearts. By donating into this Go Fund page, you are donating towards our Santa Dash which automatically gets transferred to the Ty Hafan Christmas appeal.

Tuesday 17th December will see us reach the half way point of our fundraiser....bring on the Bake Sale!

The legs maybe tired but the arms are still powering through to put on the best bake sale the office has seen to date! Offering up tasty treats to sell throughout the morning edging us closer towards our target!

Wednesday 18th December will see us reach the last day of fundraising.....Tiny Treasures Tote!

With the help of generous Clients, Contractors, Suppliers, local businesses far and wide we will raffle multiple prizes including a 55 inch smart TV, £100 Amazon Voucher, Family Day passes to The Meadows Farm Village, A Hamper and more.

Ty Hafan are aiming to raise £10,000 to help families to celebrate Christmas together and with your help, we can hopefully help them to make this a Christmas to remember!

Ty Hafan offers care, comfort and support for children in Wales who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood, and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs over £4 million pounds a year.
