<div>We’re taking on a 24-hour gym endurance challenge in our gym (AJ’s Gym Peterborough) on 27/12/2025 to raise funds for Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK (Charity reg 1215652) — a charity born from our family’s worst nightmare and dedicated to helping other parents be prepared in an emergency.

<div>After our son stopped breathing at just 7 weeks old, thankfully we knew how to perform CPR and managed to resuscitate him and he is here, healthy and thriving. This could have been very different if we didn’t know what to do.

<div>We now want to make sure every other parent/carer knows what to do in the event of a choking/CPR emergency so that, like Leo, no life is lost through the fear/lack of knowledge in knowing how to act in these terrifying moments.

<div>We now deliver FREE paediatric-specific CPR and choking training taught by medical professionals across the UK, giving families the confidence and life-saving skills they need — at no cost whatsoever. All donations will help Tiny Heartbeat Heroes expand their workshops into more communities in 2026 and beyond, so no parent ever feels unprepared in a crisis.

<div>We are trying to raise funds to purchase all of our charities own equipment in order to deliver these training programmes across the UK because the ambulance service do not have enough infant/child equipment and has to borrow it from different areas in order to deliver our training, therefore, this will help us hold our own supply of equipment and not restrict us when holding our workshops. Equipment includes; Baby CPR Dummies, Child CPR Dummies, Life size Child CPR Dummies, Choking Dummies, Training Defibrillators, the list is endless.
