Hello FRIENDS, FAMILY & FANS of the amazing force of nature that we've all come to know and love as ... Tina!
Our life together has been so full, and the day to day experience of living so rich (thank you for being one of the reasons why), that over the years Tina and I haven't made much fuss about our birthdays ... with one exception ... turning the corner of a decade.
So here we are. Our sweet Tina is crossing into her 40's! Can you believe it? I can't. Her spirit is ageless and she still gets carded for alcohol! She's stronger, more beautiful and more full of life now than when I first asked her to be my wife so many adventures ago.
So, this year is special and I'm taking her to one of her favorite places on planet earth, New York, for a few days of fun and frolicking. Upon our return we'll throw a little "shindig" with as many of you as can make it to our humble but happy cottage.
But instead of bringing her a present, I was hoping you'd be willing to help us get her to NY! I also thought it would be a cool way for all you non-local Tina fans across the country and the globe to send her some love that she'll never forget.
Tina's birthday is October 13th. Our trip is planned for Oct 10th-15th. Then we'll party at our place (details to follow) to celebrate her awesomeness and see pics of the trip you helped her take!

I know I'm early but I figured the sooner I let you know the sooner I could make specific plans and secure reservations, etc. Remember, you can afford to be generous because I'm not going to ask for anything like this for another decade. Amortize your gift over the next 10 years and you'll see what a bargain this is! :)
