Tim Silvius medical/living expenses

UPDATE from Tim:
In June 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Now after 2 rounds of chemo therapy and 2 surgeries, by the grace of God, I am cancer free. I still have a long road of recovery to get back into physical shape. My wife, who has been a wonderful caregiver for me, needs knee replacement surgery which will require a role reversal. Through this ordeal, we lost our family home (do to lack of finances) and have down-sized to a mobile home. Which we count our blessings to have. Because of the chemo side effects and surgeries, I can no longer continue my business as general contractor. We need help with our monthly expenses and to allow time to retrain for new and different employment. Our monthly expenses include mortgage, utilities, insurance, car payment and food. The sooner we can get help, the easier things will be for us and less stress for my wife to worry about. Please also keep me in mind if you have any suggestions for employment that may be a good fit for me in this situation. Perhaps a sales position. If you have any questions, feel free to call me (Tim) at [phone redacted] between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern standard time, Monday thru Saturday. Thank you in advance for all your help and prayers in this time of need and recovery.

ORIGINAL POST:
Many of you know that Tim was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer on June 16th. The plan right now is that he will undergo chemotherapy for three months, and then possibly have surgery to remove the cancerous portion of the colon and maybe a portion of his liver. We are hopeful that there will be positive results and are trusting God that the cancer will go into remission.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to help with living expenses. Tim is an independent contractor, but obviously is not able to work right now. Him and his wife, Frances, need to move out of their current home, possibly within the next 20 days. So, we are asking for prayers for a provisions for them, but also asking for help financially. They currently have no source of income and it may take 5 or 6 months for disability to activate, and when it does it really wont be very much.  If you are unable to help monetarily, we appreciate your prayers as well ♥
