Tim's AMDA Tuition

Tim has always had a strong passion for music. He began singing in church at the age of three, joined elementary and middle school choirs, etc. In the year of 2012, Tim joined the Choir School of Delaware, where he was introduced to the classical style of music. Since then, Tim's love for music grew substantially.  Since high school, Tim has become devoted to his music career. Personally, music has connected Tim with his spirituality as he  finds it best to communicate with God through song.  Tim's musical journey has structured his life for the better and gives him a future to look forward to. His goal is to attend Morgan State University for Vocal Performance and Education, preparing himself for the career of a high school music teacher.

Timothy Hurtt was accepted to American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) Summer Conservatory in Los Angeles, CA for Vocal Music. Tim will be in Los Angeles from July 15-28. AMDA gave Timothy a $600 scholarship, with a remaining $3,450.00. Your funding would go toward a meal plan, plane ticket, housing and the tuition.
