Timothy Dell

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words and thoughts. I am Tamika Payne, the sister of Timothy Dell.

Tim or Timmy, as he was affectionately known, was a loving person who always cared for everyone. He never asked for help or complained. Tim came to Memphis, Tennessee, five years ago to work for AlSAC at St. Jude. On behalf of my brother, I am reaching out for assistance so we can bring him back home to New York for a proper burial.

Timmy's reach has extended across the country. He has extensive family and mentees all over the country. Though Tim had no biological children, he had many sons and daughters that he took under his wing. He helped in any way he could, mostly with his words, wisdom and support. He was a family man simply because he made everyone he met feel like family.

Tim did not brag or boast. He just welcomed everyone. I hope we can all come together and give back even the smallest amount to help send him home. Even if you are unable to give, please feel free to leave a comment about Timmy in the comments. Thank you again.
