Timothy Day Slisky Memorial Fund

Due to ongoing medical disabilities, Tim incurred huge medical expenses that he left behind with his passing. Many friends and family have reached out to me and asked how they can help. Since so much debt was left behind, I will kindly accept any donation to offset the medical debt from his sudden passing. Please contribute whatever you can to eliminate these expenses.
