Timmy’s Mayo Clinic Trip

My uncle Timmy has been undergoing a prolonged series of testing trying to find out why he is slowly but progressively losing all of his motor functions; such as walking, standing, speaking, etc. Two different doctors say they are 90-99 % sure it is ALS, but he has never been officially diagnosed. Therefore he can’t receive any help from the ALS Association without a diagnosis. He has been presented with an opportunity to go to the Mayo Clinic in about a month, unfortunately in his condition he doesn’t have all the funds needed for the trip and medical bills that are racking up, as well as a handicapped accessible vehicle. I am hoping also that this opportunity will help get some answers and peace of mind for Tim. Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Our current goal is $2500 to get him started on the right path, thank you!
