Help Tim Fight FH

Tim is a 38 year old, multiple heart attack surviror. After Tim's second heart attack he was diagnosed with Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH). Since February 2014, he has been traveling from Montana to Salt Lake City, Utah every other week to receive LDL Apheresis treatments. Tim is reacting very well to these treatments, but unfortuntely, these treatments are required and highly essential to Tim's everyday life. Without these treatments, Tim's health would become critical. 
Tim's family consist of his two boys, Ryan (17) and Austin (15), as well as his girlfriend, Jessica and her son Brody (5). Tim and his family feel very blessed to have found LDL Apheresis, but the financial burden keeps getting heavier.
