Hi! I am a student involved with the Timberline Wolf Connection Leadership/Mentor Program.
The Wolf Connection Leadership/Mentoring Program is going into its 16th year now. The Leadership students work with a variety of other students and adults throughout the school year ranging from mentoring Elementary age students to peers at THS and even with senior citizens from the community. Our students are nominated by their peers and staff every spring prior to next school year. We will have 30 Student Leaders/Mentors during the 2019-2020 school year.
Like many things that bring value to our school, it does cost a certain amount of money to sustain the Wolf Connection Program each year. In order to run the program, it costs nearly $10,000 a year. As my first Leadership Project, I am being asked to raise a minimum of $350 for the upcoming school year.
If you see value and worth to this program, I would like to ask if you would sponsor me by making a donation to the Timberline High School Wolf Connection Program. The money donated goes directly (100%) into the program and helps with various projects such as the Ambassador Program (mentoring our new students), the Leadership Training/Retreat, our Senior Citizen Prom (that we sponsor for actual senior citizens in the Treasure Valley area), as well as our annual Ropes Course and other school projects we do within the Wolf Connection Program.
