Dental restorative surgery.

 Hello I'm Tijuana James, the girl with major dental issues. I know at some point I had all 32 teeth but I can't remember when. I started out with a partial and let me tell you those things aren't all they are cracked up to be.  Literally mine are broken & Cracked in several places. So super glue & I have become the best of friends.  I don't go anywhere unless I have it in my purse. Talk about being embarrassed about our tampons & toiletries try explaining to your date about a tube of fixadent & super glue in your purse instead ... Trust me it doesn't go over well. Anyhow I feel like a partial is just for show ... Because why some may look nice they don't actually work well for chewing or talking ... I find myself constantly tripping over my words, &  I also have  an adorable lisp to top it all off!  Eating is pretty much out of the question unless I want to eat like im a 70-year-old woman already ... But im barely 26! I would like  to eat nuts & chew gum & steak ... I mean I can't ever recall having steak.  Going out to eat is the worst! I spend almost 30 minutes picking over the menu. Don't want my teeth to end up on my plate or worse, swallowing pieces of the superglue. Chewing through food with them are like trying to cut through roast with a butter knife. & im pretty sure that swallowing your food not properly chewed is unhealthy ... Which would explain my constant constipation. Dental problems affects the body in more than one way. I've lost weight drastically due to not being able to eat solids.  It's a nightmare 12 long years of a constant nightmare. School functioning I miss out on with my babies because I don't want to embarrass them.  Constant gum pain, Watching the shape of my  jaws deteriorate to almost nothing. Im also a  mother of four.   As of now I am struggling to eat on a broken partial.  Due to bone loss & shrinkage of gums I can no longer support a partial. So my ortho & I have chosen the all on four method. Your donations will go towards Xrays, Temps, perms, extractions, anaesthesia & Traveling fees. Im currently working in a grocery store (Bi-Lo). Update: We raised enough for the rest of the top teeth to be extracted & my temps. Next step will be bone grafting & Implants. Thank you all so much for your continued support & believing in my dream too, Godbless.
