Healthy Mind, Happy Life Concert

Under Tifany Wong Mental Health / Teen Suicide Prevention Initiative, I'm raising money to fund Oak Ridge High School Mental Wellness Fund which subsidizes all teachers and administrative staff to attend the Mental Health First Aid Training so that the staff can identify warning signs from students.  In addition, this fund would also provide emotional counseling to needed students.  This is because that 20% of teenagers have had suicidal thoughts, according to survey.
Along with this fund raising drive, I'm also organizing a Healthy Mind, Healthy Life Concert on Nov. 9 at 7 pm at Oak Ridge High School, El Dorado Hills.  I will be playing piano along with some local music professionals.  All proceeds will go to the school Mental Wellness Fund.
