Thyroid with Metastatic Spread to Lung

Cancer is stupid.
In the last 7 years; I have had thyroid cancer, with spread to the lymph nodes. I have had a complete thyroidectomy and am on Synthroid for the rest of my life.
To add to it, we found a something growing on my pituitary gland a few years ago now. Benign/malignant, who knows, but we had to take steps to shrink it and so far it's behaving. I also have the BRCA gene so I had my fallopian tubes removed.
And now after my 487th scan (or so it feels like) it has shown that my thyroid cancer has metastasized to my lung. And we've caught it early enough that my doctor is confident I'll be okay with a third dose of RAI.
I will have to move very quickly, and will have my treatment in November. Radioactive Iodine. I am in need of a shot of Thyrogen to prevent me from having to stop my Synthroid (because when I do that I am barely functional.)
I am the mother of three, but the last child at home is a very active 8 year old. I will have to be in seclusion from her for 5 days post RAI.
It's usually a process that takes weeks or months but this time it's much more critical that I get started ASAP so, I need a little financial help.
