<div>The truth is: today’s education system, despite the best efforts of many incredible teachers, is still preparing young people for a world that no longer exists. It’s linear, rigid, exam-driven, and too often leaves behind the most human parts of what makes us capable, creative, and resilient.

<div>ThriveNow is a not-for-profit social impact organisation reimagining education from the ground up, with people and purpose at its heart.

<div>Founded by educator, researcher, and mother of three, Kimberley Olliff Cooper, ThriveNow is grounded in four essential pillars:

<li>Relational pedagogy – Teaching rooted in care, connection, and curiosity

<div>Inspired by educational pioneers like Sir Ken Robinson, Guy Claxton, and Valerie Hannon, we asked:

<div><strong><em>“What do young people actually need to thrive in today’s world?”</em></strong>

<div>Then we built ThriveNow to answer that, with wellbeing, relevance, and human connection embedded at every level.

<div>We’ve shown this model to parents, universities, teachers and young people, and the response has been overwhelming. People want something different. Especially for children who are neurodiverse, emotionally sensitive, or simply struggling to fit into a system not built for them.

<div><strong> Why We’re Doing This</strong>

<div>We’re not just talking about change.
</div>
<div>We’re building a <strong>real, living school to prove it works.</strong>
</div>
<div>And then we’re <strong>open-sourcing the model so anyone; </strong>schools, learning communities, families can use or it as it is or adapt it to their own community's needs.

<div>We’re not asking for venture capital or corporate ownership. This is community-led and community-owned.

<div><strong> Why We Need Your Help</strong>

<div>To make ThriveNow a thriving reality, we need to raise £500,000 over the next three years, with a target of £75,000 this academic year to get our proof of concept school up and running. This is a long term investment not a 'quick fix' and yet you will be able to benefit from it from the start. We will be sharing everything we create with you from the outset.
