Civilization is facing a series of crises from climate change, loss of biodiversity, pollution, lack of food and water security, social injustice, right through to global epidemics. We know that business as usual cannot continue. We know we must change our ways. But how precisely do we do this. How can ordinary citizens achieve long-term sustainability and indeed thrivability. What if there were methods and processes to illuminate the path forward.
The international, not-for-profit, and for-impact, THRIVE Project has set out to scientifically investigate the underlying frameworks and theory which informs the tools and techniques necessary for us to implement systemic change at speed, scale, and scope unseen before. Using the latest in machine learning, cloud computing, smart contracting, the internet of things, we have designed the foundations for tools of change, placing humanity back on the path towards thrivable transformations.
In our eight years of working with the best science at hand, in Europe, North America, Asia, and elsewhere we have made some inroads at the policy level, effecting legislation and practices worldwide. Collaborating with other NGOs such as UN research groups, and other multinationals, we have constructed and shown the way forward. Read more about our published papers on the "12 foundational focus factors" and "assailing the 7 Cs" on our website. We have a global, geo-diverse, multicultural team of over 50 dedicated scientists, developers, and media experts hard at work on the science of change for the better.
