Sequita Thompson's Relocation Fund

“On Sunday March 18th, my unarmed 22-year-old grandson, Stephon Clark, was fatally shot and killed in my backyard by two Sacramento police officers while my husband, Stephon’s little sister, and I listened to bullets ring out from outside of our bedroom window. Every moment I spend in my home, I have to relive the traumatic experience of losing my grandson. My granddaughter and I have had nightmares every night since it happened. My heart breaks each day the longer that I am here.”

This fund is established to assist Sequita Thompson, Stephon’s grandmother, in relocating to a new residence where she will no longer be forced to wake up each morning in the same location where her grandson’s life was senselessly taken by police.

5. How you intend to get the funds to those in need? All funds collected on this website will be deposited and/or withdrawn to an account established by Curtis Gordon, Stephon’s Uncle. All funds collected here will be for the sole use and benefit of Mrs. Thompson.
