Thompson Post-Harvey Recovery

So unfortunately recovery from the flooding caused by Harvey is not going so well. We lost all of our furniture, appliances, Jon's car...and that's just scratching the surface. We have been touched beyond words by the outpouring of kindness our friends and family have shown us thus far. It is with a heavy heart that I reach out once more. We just aren't in a place financially to recoup what was lost. And as is the case with so many of Houston's flood victims, we have no flood insurance. We took in about two feet of water and it is astounding just how much damage that can do. We are doing everything we can to keep our spirits up, and we are optimistic that we will get through this, but we are reaching out and sincerely hoping you can help.
