Space for Six
In December of 2017... We found out we were having twins! We'll never forget the day we found out we were adding TWO more people to our family, and we can't wait to meet them in June! These two feel like a miracle (what are the odds?!) and they are changing our lives already.
Our Needs
Home
We have happily lived in a two bedroom apartment for three years. With two more kids joining us, we knew that we had to consider how to make enough space for everyone. We prayed for the right living situation to present itself, and we believe we've found that in a spacious house in South Minneapolis. We have the opportunity to buy it before it's been fixed up and placed on the housing market, so the owners can cut us a deal. This house would mean that we would have enough rooms - and a fenced in yard! - for our family.
Because of the type of loan we are getting, we need $14,000 for a down payment.
Vehicle
Our Toyota Corolla seats 5, and we need a vehicle that all six of us can fit into. We're hoping to buy a used Minivan for somewhere in the range of $7,000-$10,000.
Deadline
House Down Payment $14,000
These babies keep growing! We need the down payment within the next three weeks - our goal is March 17th - in order to confidently make an offer and draw up a purchase agreement on the house.
Minivan $10,000
We'd like to get a minivan in mid-April so that we aren't waiting until the last moment to buy a vehicle and install car seats.
