My name is Thomas Paxton Whitaker. I have a four year old daughter with Tila Tequila. I'm trying to raise money to assist with all of the costs and legal fees regarding my custody battle with Tila (aka Tornado Thien) over our daughter Isabella Monroe Whitaker.
Our trial date was March 4, 2019, at which time I filed a motion for a continuance in order to subpoena all of the documents and witnesses I need to win this case. The Judge granted me my request. Our final trial date is July 15, 2019.
This has been a very involved and costly process, and as much as I hate to ask for assistance, I need it. Please help me get my daughter, and put an end to this nightmare of a legal battle that has been dragging on for nearly two years now. I would appreciate any help that I can get, and my daughter deserves to live in a stable environment where her mind won't be conditioned to hate people because of their race or their appearance. I can and will provide her with that.
The court put a temporary order in place, so that I can see Isabella for four hours every other weekend, and that's exactly what I've been doing. I drive 800 miles for twelve hours one way...every other weekend to see Isabella from 9am to 1pm. That's 1600 miles and twenty four hours of drive time from Friday to Sunday. I've put nearly 200,000 miles on my vehicle going back and forth from Atlanta to Houston dealing with all of her nonsense. Not only has this been a financial burden...it's also wearing me down physically and emotionally .
I've been attacked by so many haters online because people think that I don't care about my daughter, and that I'm not making an effort to get full custody of her, but nothing could be further from the truth. I'm doing everything humanly possible to get Isabella. I'm making every effort, but I have to do it through the legal system. If the Tila haters out there really wanna see me get my daughter...put your money where your mouth is.
There are also a lot of compassionate people out there who could make all the difference in the world when it comes to the final outcome of this situation. I appeal to you.
I need help, and anything anyone can do would be greatly and sincerely appreciated. The costs add up so quickly that it's overwhelming. If 12,250 people would donate only $2, I would have what I need to secure this case, and I can definitely do it with a little support.
