Memorial Service for Thomas Milne Owen

Our father Thomas Owen was a man who dedicated his entire life to his children. Changing the trajectory of his life he chose to be brave and courageous. He raised us in a home he had always wished for. At the beginning of his fight he shared with us his final wish for the three of us. That we would always be together and united in this life no matter the circumstances. In the final days he did just that and he managed to bring us even closer together. Dads are tricky like that. I know it brought him great joy towards the end of his time here on earth watching his one final wish come to fruition as we gathered to send him off.

If you had the pleasure of knowing our dad you knew he lived a plentiful life full of laughter, inappropriate humor, all things Clint Eastwood and anything to do with history.

It was his wish to have a military service and be laid to rest next to his mother Millie and his father Charles in their family burial plot in his home state of Massachusetts.

We are collecting funds to have his body transferred and for the service.
