Thomas fire rebuilding effort

Some of you may recognize the location, if you look carefully at these pictures. This is our backyard, right next to Thomas Aquinas College. This was the location where our trailer stood, with a wooden deck attached, surrounded by green foliage, creating a one of a kind ambiance that is now undetectable in the wake of the Thomas fire, one of the most devastating wildfires scorching Southern California. There was another building next to it, with a carport attached. Now that building is gone, there is just the melted base of the trailer and the unstable burnt frame of the carport are all that's left. Below, right over Sisar creek was a beautiful deck, draped with ivy. It provided countless hours of peaceful serenity melting away stress of all who had the pleasure to experience its unique ambiance over the running water. This natural beauty was something I shared with many guests who came and stayed with us, creating memories for themselves and us. We've met so many amazing people from all over the World, and made so many friends...! We were so surprised at the outpouring of concern from many of them during the fires. While it was a great source of joy, it was also a source of income through Airbnb that made it at all possible for us to live in our unique home and share it with all our guests. Fortunately, in the remainder of the property most of the foliage and other structures stayed untouched, preserving the ambiance people sought here.
Right now, we can not return to our home; it is uninhabitable. Our house, though spared, was filled with smoke, power and water will be out for weeks, maybe longer. Our animals stayed safe and were evacuated to a shelter.
We would like to rebuild this little paradise again and resume hosting our guests, past and future. And most importantly, we would like to be able to stay on our property. This is now a serious concern without the additional income our Airbnb space provided. We are asking for your help during these hard times, and during the transitional period.
