This One Time at Pastry Camp

I say, "Let them eat PRETTY cake!"

I am so fortunate to be a part of the culinary and baking industry here in Santa Barbara and am super excited for this  AMAZING opportunity to take my skills to a new level. Having admired the extraordinary decorative skills of Maggie Austin, I am excited to take her 4-day, hands-on workshop creating popular sugar flowers used in weddings today: peonies, classic roses, David Austin roses, leaves, roselings, and hydrangea.  I will learn design, construction, and color application.
