<div><strong><em> FROM BURNOUT TO BALANCE!</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On 29th November, 6th, 20th &amp; 27th December, I’m running 4 x 5k Parkruns to give unpaid family caregivers a much-needed break this Christmas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This cause is close to my heart. My niece has cerebral palsy, and I’ve witnessed how caregiving shapes entire families — especially the caregivers who give everything while receiving very little support for themselves. Burnout is common. Rest is rare. And yet they keep going.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m supporting <strong><em>Fundación Heroínas en la Sombra</em></strong> in Santa Marta, Colombia, through <strong><em>The Caregivers Support Trust</em></strong> (UK Charity Reg.No. 1204773). Together, they provide emotional care, short breaks, community groups, and wellness support for unpaid caregivers who urgently need space to breathe, restore, and feel valued again.

<div>Your donation will help fund:
</div>
<div>• Mental health and support groups
</div>
<div>• Respite and wellness activities
</div>
<div>• One-to-one emotional support
</div>
<div>• Awareness campaigns that make caregiving visible and respected
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution — no matter the size — helps restore hope, dignity, and strength to those who give their whole hearts every single day.
</div>

</div>
<div>Thank you for helping me care for the caregivers.
