Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to help the 3rd grade class at the J.P. Manning Elementary School with their chick hatching project and any donation will help . Thanks for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
Every year, the third grade class at the Manning hatches and raises baby chickens. The Manning is a Boston public elementary school that provides a full inclusion learning environment for a diverse population of 162 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 5. With students from all of Boston, the Manning School community is unique because it is made up of more than 25% economically disadvantaged families, while at the same time serving a student population that is over 35% special needs. The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education designated the Manning as a School of Recognition for its academic success. Families are proud that the Manning is closing the achievement gap for all students. The Manning is a model for other public schools.
